The Founders

 
Beata Oginski  Dr. Beata Oginski is the CEO and Founder of TestSharing. Beata is a PhD chemist from Germany and a mother of two beautiful girls. She learned that there was a large need for dependable food product information in her professional career, working in a lab in Shanghai. She began conducting her own tests on food products she feeds to her family, and quickly realized this service met a global need. She developed a team of engineers to automate her testings and moved to New York, where TestSharing was born. Beata’s drive to make food testings for chemicals more accessible and desire for reliable food information is starting a movement in the food system.

Beata Oginski

Brian Gottbetter  Brian Gottbetter is the CFO and co-Founder of TestSharing and a resident of New York. Brian has an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Economics. He is a seasoned executive, having held positions at IBM, AT&T and Siemens. He has a broad range of experience in operations, sales, finance, product management and strategy. Brian became interested in food safety while living in Shanghai. Brian shares Beata’s passion and vision for making food test and safety information available to the general public.

Brian Gottbetter

Brian Gottbetter is the CFO and co-Founder of TestSharing and a resident of New York. Brian has an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Economics. He is a seasoned executive, having held positions at IBM, AT&T and Siemens. He has a broad range of experience in operations, sales, finance, product management and strategy. Brian became interested in food safety while living in Shanghai. Brian shares Beata’s passion and vision for making food test and safety information available to the general public.

 

The Creatives

Agnieszka Oginski  Agnieszka Oginski is the Executive Creative Director of TestSharing and one of the first major members of the team. Agnieszka developed the core marketing strategies of the brand from the very beginning, alongside her sister Dr. Beata Oginski. Beata and Agnieszka both share the same passion for the desire to live free from harmful toxins in the food system. Agnieszka has 12 years of experience in various advertising agencies and productions. Earlier in her career, she was the Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather, one of the largest advertising agencies. She has multifaceted expertise in graphic design and campaign development, and now uses her dynamic skill set to lead the creative team at TestSharing.

Bettina Biermann  Bettina Biermann is Executive Director of Concept for TestSharing. She is significantly responsible for the brand's development, tonality, and on-and-offline campaigning. As a former Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather, she has diverse expertise and knowledge in managing global clients within the food industry. Bettina's performance in her professional career has received several international awards within the marketing field. She has been working alongside Agnieszka and Beata for several years, sharing their passion for health and awareness of toxins in the food industry.

Bettina Biermann

Bettina Biermann is Executive Director of Concept for TestSharing. She is significantly responsible for the brand's development, tonality, and on-and-offline campaigning. As a former Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather, she has diverse expertise and knowledge in managing global clients within the food industry. Bettina's performance in her professional career has received several international awards within the marketing field. She has been working alongside Agnieszka and Beata for several years, sharing their passion for health and awareness of toxins in the food industry.

Olivia Kubicki  Olivia is the Communications and Content Manager at TestSharing, where she constructs outreach strategies to build strong connections within the health community. Olivia moved from California to New York and joined the team after receiving her Nutrition Consultant certification at Bauman College. Her studies were deeply rooted in nutrition science, with an emphasis on human development and biology. Utilizing her knowledge in food safety and science, Olivia creates editorial content for TestSharing’s blog and develops strong campaigns to bring awareness to the lack of transparency in the food system.

James Westwood  James Westwood has a Masters in Chemistry from Leeds University and studied Environmental Science from SOAS, London. He has a varied entrepreneurial background focusing on sustainability, food and drink. James started an organic food supply business to further his experience in business management and undertook volunteer work in researching forest restoration. Sustainable business and ecological solutions has been his passion since then, and made it his personal mission to work amongst companies working to eliminate environmental toxins and poisonous pollutants. Now James is part of the Testsharing Team, making the most of his environmental and start-up expertise.
